Matched and Crossed by Ally Conde

This new series may appeal to some of you looking for a new book after the Hunger Games.  It also set in a dystopian society after a great tragedy tears apart current society.
Also, like Hunger Games is a love triangle. Unlike Hunger Games there is little violence until the second book.
Recommended by a student, I liked the first one so much, I immediately started reading the second.
Those of you looking for something more substantial than this, I would still suggest Scott Westerfeld's Uglies, Pretties and Specials!
